But i'd like to see an American company like Dodge, or Chevolet for some reason. =]
own 75% stake don't they in the "Renault" Team hence having a Russian driver now
No a private equity firm owns a percentage of Renault and Lada provide sponsorship 4 the russian driver.

i'm sure that its because renault own 30% of lada, and that they are tryig to remarket the brand and get it back out into worldwide circulation.
there was a WTCC Lada team last year!

Vauxhall would be cool.
Porsche, Lamborghini and Aston Martin going all out to get Ferrari would be nice.

tbh, i'd rather see more manufacturers in BTCC! F1 is a bit of a bore. no matter what they try and do, contact racing FTW!
Speaking of btcc, I would love to see Alfa back, trouble is the 159 and brera are just too heavy.
That leaves the MiTo, which wouldn't be too bad I supose, but maybe a bit small..
New Giulietta would be a good candidate, trouble is, if there's por sales, bye bye Alfa in the uk

would have to be th 159 to meet the size reglations.
mito would be too small. They managed alright in WTCC, so i dont see why they wouldnt in BTCC. Vectras arent exactly lightweight...

Would be good to see some form of VAG team (porsche, audi or lambo!) Would be funny to see a Seat team, great design, good looking car, good engine but the electrics wouldn't work or something!

If the new engine regs are favourable I can see a VAG entry.
It's the perfect time to enter for a manufacturer - design and develop engine when regs get released end of June this year then actually enter in 2013 when the engine regs are enforced and a new concorde agreement is signed which will probably bring big rule changes aswell.

Lamborghini used to provide engines, rubbish ones at that. For the likes of Larrousse, Minardi, Ligier and the then dying Lotus team of the early nineties.
Aston have a wonderful motorsporting heritage, id fear greatly their chances in F1 these days, I think its far too much a risk to their already brilliant reputation. Id rather see a name like Prodrive in F1 to be honest.

Aston can't even afford to put the carpet in their cars right, let alone enter an F1 team.

Best of the new budget teams so don't be so quick to dimiss them.
Audi and AM are too into LMS racing so doubt they would enter. Lambo are also into LMS racing.
I'd like to see Radical enter into the F1 world
