Out of that list an M3 without a doubt.
Not sure if its a fair comparison though? They must of been over £40k new when a top spec VXR is about £20k?

E46 M3 - IMO, it's the nicest M3 ever made.

Mate paid about that for a VXR that wasn't top spec when they first came out

Eh, what planet are you on?? Driven one, owned one, know anything about them other than 5 horror stories on the internet out of thousands of cars sold
56,000 miles here, and not one single problem at all. Just had MOT, passed straight through, starts every day.
And it was one of the first year models too, so more prone to issues.
I wouldn't have the BMW, doesn't appeal to me, and had the VXR, so nothing on that list really. For that kinda budget, i'd look and a 2nd/3rd hand Aston Martin for around £30-£40k. Really depends on the budget, but none of those listed shout out at me. Not really a hot hatch, but none of the others shout at me really

In 2006 our total came to £21.5k (didn't pay that, VX family discount so was about £17k). That was a standard VXR, with optional 19", blue paint, and Satalite Navigation, which im suprised more people don't get. Bigger screen, which is also colour and far more appealing on the dash. The only other option was leather seats, but the standard half leathers are better IMO.

out of those it would have to be an M3.
Then a Mk5 R32. Simply because it's better than a VXR

From what I can remember he had the 19's hardon blue, and full leather, think that was it
He ended up trading it in after a year, was a jinxed one, that got damaged BADLY when we were attacked in a car park (I put pics up ages ago you may have seen them, Pickaxe through the bonnet and shiz ) then kept giving him niggly problems after that.

tis a bit strange having the M3 on the list. If that wasn't there i'd go with the R32. Purely because of the noise and road presence.

wouldnt say R32 was better than a VXR - maybe in the way its marketted and can rip nearly 30k from you for something that really isnt that quick

Now we are talking. I had a look at them the other day and some are around 15k now, alot of car for the money!
I voted Astra Nurburgring, but I would rather an R26-R, they've really grown on me as of late.

Left any keys on the side for people to steal recently? Don't worry, the insurance scam nearly worked.
I'll video it as proof as you like. You can hear the fucking fuel pump priming whilst its spinning. See if your so cocky then
You dont' HAVE to wait, but as your oh so clued up it seems, you do as you feel. Maybe I should video it just to prove you wrong?
Course not, you would never reply apologising would you.

End of the day I have a VXR and you turn and go - you made such a song and dance about having to wait
And as for insuramce Scam its not my car so if anyone would have benefitted it would not have been me

Thats fine, you turn and go. Shows how much attention you pay clearly.
Try turning the stereo down next time, key in, turn, listen for fuel pump..
Not makign a song and dance, me and Olly had a good discussion and worked out more than just a simple push button or key. still, song and dance it must mean a discussion where you both learn things.
Oh right, so both cars were stolen. I think it was a scam, but you realised a few things, hence why the cars were found later. Never seen the adverts about putting valuables away from sight.....
Good one whitter, good one
