IE with Opera a close second, I might even give Opera a go as my main browser again actually, mouse gestures ftw.

I like Chrome. The plug-ins for Firefox are more powerful, but the UI isn't as good and it hasn't been very stable recently. Chrome is also the fastest and most secure browser.
So I use Chrome for browsing and Firefox for web development.
