Im quite into vauxhalls, but if I had the choice between two cars I would chose the better car even if it wasnt the vauxhall, so I would say im into them but not vauxhall blinkered.

People who bum one marque of cars are a gay. I think the VW rut lot have to be the worst, and the people who think every other car is shat because it is not 'xyz' make... get a life.

I like whatever catches my eye.

For me to like a Vauxhall for example it needs to be pretty special, same with fords etc.

I prefer em, Cheap to buy, I know them inside out and there just a comfort blanket for me lol

I have and would have other makes, but only if it appeals to me, Currently the vauxhalls are appealing to me.
But i have always been surrounded by vauxhalls, never fords or anything else so im kinda stung.

Vauxhall is my marque of choice...

Have owned Fords and a new Skoda - wasn't massively imoressed by them

My Vauxhalls ( Corsa B 1.2, Frontera 2.4, Cavalier 2.0 16v, Cavalier 1.7TD & the current Corsa Sport) have all been more reliable than any of my other cars too

Quite happy with my current Mazda though, coming up to 4 months old and no issues so far

Yes and no.

I think I will always have something Vauxhall, but needing the use of two cars allows me to have thoughts beyond Vauxhall.

The Polo has been brilliant (touch wood) and is a really well specced car for what we paid for it (wouldnt want to have bought it new )

I'd love to replace it with the new Polo GTi the 1.4 TSi 180bhp one with DSG but it's 18k and you won't get discounts like you do at Vauxhall

So maybe in a year or so replace it with a CTR, something that will last the test of time.

Steve seems to think I own only Vauxhallsn but I've now owned 2xVW's 1xFord RS, 1xFiat GT

I would say im a vauxhall person, grown up around them all my life but thats not why i love them so much as i did originally want a 16v mk4 polo for my first car,i like the affordabilty, the variety and most of all the interchangability! vauxhall parts are generally quite cheap and very easy to work on. I'm not a fan of most new vauxhalls but then again i'm not a fan a many new cars at all. Car manufacturers seem to be trying to hard to make cars look so futuristic that they keep geting uglier and uglier generally looking much alike each other. I've learnt alot from owning a vauxhall and am able to pass on knowlegde and gain knowledge so easily. Definetly a fan for life

Well Im on my 11th Vauxhall, I think I'll always have a Vauxhall in my collection whatever its used for - project, track toy, run about etc

Im a big fan of alot of Fords, love Jaguars and really like alot of VW's, I was considering a mk1 or mk2 golf as a project being that the Run to the Sun events are big down here but 4 of my mates have mk2 golf's and think they are 'the car to have' and slate every other make of car so does put me off.

Im equally into Jap cars as much as I am Vauxhall's, just yet to be of decent age to own one, so I would class myself as a Vauxhall person, but not the type that will only have that make of car for the rest of my life.
