My new place is like a green house I've got all the windows open but it's still so hot...

Didn't have any issues last night though. Went out for a few drinks with a few mates. We split at 2am and the one of the new movers was having a little party so joined in. Got home around 6am Had to get my sister to drive my car the garage at 8am while i sat in the passenger seat still pissed

At first, you'll get a light spray that you won't even physically feel on your skin, it will just cool the air quicker as rather than open a window and let more warm air in, or allow your fan to push more warm air around you, it will cool the air itself as it's circulating.

It's getting a bit too technical, just try it, if it cools you down, great! If not, atleast you have tried it.

I don't find it problem. I have a dodgy body thermostat anyway so I don't feel the heat and I always do 15/16 hour shifts so I am literally straight to sleep as soon as my head hits the pillow

Try sleeping under a bed sheet as oppsoed to a quilt - that's what I always do or just sleep on top of the duvet but occassionally with the window open you get a chill
