Although I'm a bit confused. Dwayne Johnson (The Rock) has a large polynesian sleeve type tattoo that also comes across his chest. Now having googled, he apparently got this in 2003. However, in his 2007 kids movie, Game Plan, he has no tattoos? Can they digitally remove these for films?!

I'd imagine so. A big tat isn't a good look in a kids movie. I assume 'fiddys' next film is also a family affair.

Surely can't be good for his body to go right down to that weight to then jump back up?

I appreciate that he was "inspired" by the death of a close friend, but that's a little too dramatic.
