If you want my advice, become staff on a forum which is already operating rather than start a new one.
Regarding WR, it's quiet for posts but there's a lot going on in the background which should sort that. Prem scheme over there will be better than CS for a start, which means it should get some membership as people move over from here for that. It's a competitor to CS in some regards and from that perspective, CS currently wins. That will change in time.
The frustration for me is that we're doing the truck, currently organising some stickers etc. for sales, working on ticket sales software, new garage for WR etc. as well as regular moderation on here. Time is the problem but the people with time start something else instead!!
