just done another quote for 350z and its gone up by £200 and if i get a tracking device it goes up by £145

Just had HMCS at the door telling me I owed them £120.... asked WTF for and they said a seatbelt fine.... June 2008! I was sure I paid it... gave them the money anyway. 2 Years ago today!
