What was the origin of the astra driver? I notice it is an enterprise car and there is an ever growing number of how shall we say...albainians staging rear end crashes and claiming for whiplash. Thats the cynacism in me.

<Stereotyping> Probably listening to loud music, joking about in the car and not paying attention </Stereotyping>

Fiesta / 306's fault.

If I'm wrong about them being distracted, then they were simply too close.

I used to commute every day on the m25 and you have to pay attention all the time, the whole thing stops and starts all over the place... You can be doing 70, then slow to 10 mph, then see no accident or anything and go back up to 70 again.

That's why they put in all those variable speed limits, to try to control and smooth out sudden sections of congestion.

why has the fiesta got peugeot lion decals on it?

the fiesta will be to blame as he hit back of women wether she hard braked or not.cruel reality but its how it works.saying that, I have heard they do like forensics on the cars back at wherever they go and check ecu's for stuff like "if the brake lights worked and stuff"

Driver of fiesta's got a fat black eye. His GF had to miss the festival, broken nose amongst other injuries. Neither of them had seatbelts on!

Bit of a scratch on the rear end of the astra when they take it back to enterprise car hire.

Nice stack on the truck.

Both are worth a few hundred each. It's too late for either to be salvaged anyway really.

And me...

The blame for hitting the astra will be the fezzas fault, the blame for hitting the fezza will be the pug

Doesn't matter what the car in front braked for, you should be far enough away to stop in a distance to be seen clear

Glad everyone is okay though.

You shouldn't drive in to slower traffic. They are both at fault. Either the 306 or both the Fiesta and the 306 depending on who hit who first.
