All depends on your mileage I guess? Do you spend £160 a month on running your own car you use for work now? If you do, then its probably likely worth it getting a brand new car you dont have to give a shit about, what an amazing decision you have to make I wish I was in this position

Take the car!

No fuel, no tyres, no servicing, no breakdown to worry about!

Personal use, so can sell your current car and put towards the other half's R26!

Try push for a 320 efficent dynamics, cheaper for the company and cheaper to you also better fuel economy so less running cost to your company!

Get the car.

I get a similar option through work - went for the car instead of the cash option - works out so much better.

We get a free choice of whatever we want for a car, as long as it has a minimum of 4 doors - I pay a bit under £150p/m for my Mazda 6

Go for the car. Hassle free motoring and in the long run better value than your own, imho. Plus the 1 Series is a fantastic car.

Definetly the car. Hassle free motoring is something you can't account for in money, makes life alot easier! It's not like you need the extra 6k on that wage.

Our work policy changed last year & now they only pay an allowance. People seem to get a pretty good deal though, like £500 per month plus they will no longer be paying CC tax

I was just mentioning you need to factor in the additional elements, such as servicing, tax, etc to the ~350 (the figure you worked out the TAX to be).

I don't know where you got the ~350 from.

If you're being taxed £160 a month, that's £1920 a year, which seems extremely cheap, considering you won't have to worry about fuel, insurance, tax, mot costs, servicing, etc.
