could write your car off if you have everything in life. dont see what you are on about?

He was saying his car is all he's got left. If he writes that off he may as well be dead.

Budgie- i dont usually ask for help i think thats why its taken a bit of an effect on me recently. Just felt like now was the right time to blow off steam and get it all out instead of bottling it all up more.

Robbo - i think thats the thing thats affected me the most. She's moved on, which i dont blame her for, but im still in love with her and on top on everything else its a lot to deal with all at once.

Nath - like i said thats what i used to do and i used to just go and fight with people that caused me the problems but ive just lost all my anger now. I just dont feel like hitting anything or smashing anything up. I get the odd urge to do it but can never find anything to hit other than walls or flimsy doors

Driving range is a good idea tbf. Unless you're really bad at it like me and end up getting more annoyed because you can't do it

After reading the rest of the thread I don't know if this will help, but try just having a normal conversation with someone that makes you happy and you enjoy spending time with. Last night I was annoyed, frustrated and just generally didn't know what to do so rang my mate. We were only on the phone for about 13 mins but it worked a treat, I was well chilled after and quite chirpy.

you really seem to have developed a problem and issue against me and i really dont understand why, or who you are. i have no interest in an internet confrontation with anyone anymore. its pointless. feel free to say what you like about someone you do not know though if it makes you feel better.

I think i might pop down to the driving range now and see if its open. Or i might just renew my xbox subscription and blast away on COD until the early hours

Dave i know exacty what you mean but at the moment the only reason mates bother to contact me is when they want something. Plus my girlfriend was my best friend so that makes that just a bit harder to find someone to talk to who makes me happy

Blasting stuff can work I find it's usually best to avoid things that you would usually concentrate quite hard on because you won't be in the right frame of mind so will mess it up and get more angry. But maybe that's just me?

Hmm, I see the problem there... Back to blowing stuff up on the Xbox it is then

Nah we started as friends of friends when we were 13 ish. Then didnt see her until 2-3years ago. Became best friends with her. Then made a go of it and its was brilliant until about a month ago. We had our ups and downs like any relationship but i never saw this coming. My mates were always too busy trying to shag each others missus' so i just stayed away

It actually is very relieving just like getting a bitch off your back.
But going back to the hitting people/things, I snapped last night and gripped my mate by the throat which resulted in me getting a crack. That just wound me up more.
