Why add another obscure forum to the list and further fragment and disect the car scene?

Sorry but it is everyone wanting their own slice of Admin power that have destroyed the larger forums and S L O W E D them R I G H T down.

im not interested in creating something where something already exists.

iv already been there with the admin when i made vagweb for a few years, i have no desire to return to it just for the privellage of being an admin.

Its bothering me have this good, imo, software sitting here doing nothing

Ring site was just an idea as there isnt really anything about for the UK apart from Northloop, which is ok but the software is pretty naff there and they dont even have a proper domain name on the forum.

I always find on nurburgring based websites people get really snobby / high horse riding.

northloop feels very like that, if you're not in their clic then you can't have an opinion or say anything without getting slated.

e.g. someone else can post a vid / laptime and get congratulated.

Then you (a nobody) posts a vid / laptime and get slated for taking it too seriously / driving too dangerously.

Honestly you should see it, in the Ring carpark, dale rolls up in that Mx5, gets out then people instantly surround him, then hes just there throwing his arms about everywhere in front of everyone whilst they all bum him

Yes, anything Dale says or does is to be worshipped on that forum.
Not that I'm not saying he's good or anything, but he does get bummed hard.

To be fair, I think that's half of the idea with it...

even though he's just driving a mx5, he still destroys most things around the ring.

what about on the straights though? if it's standard and not turbo'd then surely it wouldn't get that good of a time?

Call it a few threads on Weekend Racer about the ring and some software that improves that entire site seen as that needs all the help it can get.

@ Berzerkka
The Porsche may be a quicker car but put Dale behind the wheel of either and race against him on the ring and he will leave you standing from the first bend onwards.

he's a god.
