coilovers, wheels, 300mm brakes, axle spacers

get one fixed bucket, leave the interior, your drive faster than you ever have and yet can still take people places

Like I suggested to ages ago, go on ebay and look for some RS Turbo Recaros like what I had in my RS1800, they hold you in superbly

You might need to modify the subframes, if you got the Mk3.5 ones I don't think you do but they aren't as good as the Recaros.

surely that needle bloke only tested the standard car with full interior so unless he has approved stripping the interior out to shave valuable half a second off your commute in your road car i wouldnt bother.

yes 3.5 ones are stright fit, anything would be better then the slabs of foam i have at the moment

i think warren enjoyed it though

i'm not the only one that doesn't fit in the seats then my leathers worse when trying to go around a corner at a normal speed

i say take the rear seats out. i think i'm going to take mine out but only because i don't take anyone in the back and i need the boot space for when i make trips to the dump/shops.

noone goes in the back of mine either which makes it that much more tempting, once i take the rears out though might aswell do the carpet and trim aswell

just thought actually there is no carpet under the rear seats it kind of ends at the join at the front of the rear bench, could just take out the rear seats, rear trim, clean it up, mount the spare wheel and that will be it job done

right thats it iv decided what im doing, car will be semi stripped, rear will be pretty much stripped, carpet will be left, front will be left pretty much as is, some different seats fitted, fiesta recaros or some form of bucket and the spare wheel on the boot floor.

right thats it, no more replies needed
