i never liked customers who were twats.
ive refused service a couple of times coz they werent listening to me a sales advisor.
you might aswell talk to a wall with some customers 
should of thrown in a reach around to make that sale though

The amount of people in my work who come in and say utter mindless shite is hallarious.
The other bad thing is not being able to pronounce the menu.

"sorry you feel I am ripping you off and lying to you sir despite us only meeting 30 seconds ago and me simply quoting you a good price for what you asked for in a polite manner ..... as a valued customer I will just give you the £600 washing machine for £100 and a good old reach around"

What are you on about ... he asked for the best washing machine in my opinion .... I quoted him a good price on the best machine. Then he said it was a rediculous price ..... I told him we obviously do less expensive models .... he then says he wants to spend £100 - I explain there is no machines on the market for this amount of money in any store or online - he then says he is going elsewhere as I am ripping him off

Exactly - there is a difference between asking for the best deal, and the best product
If someone says what is the "best deal" you have on a washing machine - then I will offer them the best mid range deal we have on at the time as that is clearly what they are looking for
But if someone comes in and asks for my opinion on what the "best washing machine" is then I will take them straight to miele .... Its not unusual for us to sell machines for over £1000, our best selling wm is £620 ..... how am I to know he is looking to spend £100 on "the best machine"

my first sentence to him was....
"Ok, we can provide new appliances and we offer free delivery, fitting and removal of your old appliance. I really need to know a little more of what you are using the machine for so I can suggest an appliance to suit your needs"
Think you will find thats a long open question that he can not reply to in a one word answer and im sure thats what it will suggest in some silly beginners guide to selling
