can't you get them from Ford themselves?
you end up wasting more money using the internet and getting wrong parts, paying delivery or getting 2nd hand parts that turn out to be shite.
I've learnt the hard way and always go to VW for new parts

new one from ford would be 100 quid+ expensive if im going to be throwing the bushes away anyway.
i rang them and they reckon il get it by tomorrow so we will see, rather pay 16 quid then 100 quid TBH

16 quid is for a 2nd hand one, doesnt matter though as long as its an original ford item as its getting powdercoated anyway

There is about 10 ford pumas in my local scrappies.
You want me to go and grab a lower arm for you and send it down??One of them is bound to have genuine Ford items.

yeah the frp arches are the basically normal ones with the wide bits grafted on.
also frp's arent very easy to come by, and iv not seen any in particularly good condition.
id also not really owning something that has so much road presence without the 'go' to match
4wd cossie engined one would be a different matter
