Got home yesterday to find a UPS failed delivery note on the door mat. Luckily they had left the parcel with the bloke over the road so i didn't have to fuck about driving to the depot.

The fella from Onesixthbruce has a great reputation for the way he packages his parcels for delivery. I wasn't disapointed with it at all. He charges £10 for P&P, when you compare that to the charges some people on ebay charge it is great value for money.

Here's some unboxing pics

The quality of the boxes from Hot Toys is also shit hot but then it should be for the money!

At this point i had to decide if i wanted to keep it in the box un-opened like a proper geek. The prices some of these figures go for are crazy and although this one is still available, in a few years it could be worth in excess of £500 once they are all sold.

But i thought "fuck it" and opened it up!

I have stuck it back in the box for now until i figure out somewhere to display it. I have 5 more figures on order so i might wait til i get them and then get a cabinet made to put them in.

Impressive. I can't help but think its a glorifired action man though!

A few in a display case would look pretty cool I would imagine.

not really mate. grew out of fucking around with cars a few years ago which costs a lot more. i don't see anything wrong with spending money on something that will be worth a hell of a lot more in a couple of years.

i agree, collectables aren't the same now, things are being produced just to be collected.

Things that are worth the money are the things that got played with over the years and thrown away.

Given up with minichamps collection for that reason

What's £150 though?

I'd rather have that than a daft painting or a vase or some other shite like everyone else has.

Hot toys made a rocky figure years ago but the quality wasn't as good as the new ones.
Have a look at enterbay also.

Steve, it's just over 12 inches tall.
