I back hand mine off there or just pull its tail really hard ... he has decided to respect my position on the matter and stay on the floor....our old cat was allowed up there but he didnt choose to smear the bodies of dead vermin all over the worktop during the night.

ive never understood the need for people to say that they hate cats... there just a cat. far less innoying than a dog imo. and half the time more obediant.

yeah i love dogs, but cats are much better imo of course.
still to out right say you hate them for no reason people must have some serious issues, they either have never been around them and realised how loving/funny they are or just commenting on them from ignorance

you lot are taking what ive said out of context ... i said half the time they are more obidient than dogs... im not saying they are obidient .. just more obidient that some dogs who are owned by dickheads who cant train them and let them shit everywhere and bark all day long.

I'm a pleb head? What are you 12?
Never seen a cat follow commands, and even by your own admission they follow basic commands, unlike dog's who are quite capable at following a multitude of commands.
Infact, that comment is so moronic it sounds like bait are you having me on?

how am i having you on? and whats wrong with calling you a pleb? if anybody has a problem it seems to be you and welldone yes they follow 'basic' commands ... i never said they will walk you to the shops and get a pint of milk for you.
as i said in my other post you have taken it out of context.

Yeah my cat isnt obediant at all! Just does whatever the hell he wants.
My 3 dogs on the other hand do all sorts. Baxter in particular. We are literally like Ron Burgandy and his dog Baxter

Because you sound like an immature little child name calling somebody for having a difference of opinion son, Grow up.
I don't have a problem I merely picked up on your point because it is to be quite frank wrong.
I've not taken your point out of context in the slightest, you said "Cat's are more obedient" and they aren't, the majority of dog's kept as pet's alone follow numerous command's, without the need to even get into the plethora of roles within the working world that dog's undertake.
That's al i have to say on the matter, To summarise Dog's > Cats

i've always been told:
you don't own cats, they own you.
whereas dogs are totally different, hence why they are known as 'mans best friend'.

Same as mine, goes in the kitchen but knows better than to go on the worktop, when he was a kitten we used to chuck him out everytime he did it, soon learned.

Coincidently the one time my cat jumped on the work top was the day he was booked in to get his bollocks chopped off. Not done that again
