i think its worse for the driver as the have the steering wheel to brace against so the shock travels down the arms and jars the neck, if that makes sence?

well since end of march to last week but only because the woman didn't admit fault and insurance company tried to fight it for a couple months, holiday, moved house, changed phone numbers etc.

yeah that's depending on the type of injury and how long the physio sessions go on for.
once a personal injury case has closed (when you accept the offer) then you can't re-open it, so they allow time incase injuries worsen which would mean a bigger pay-out.
