Does the frother just spin?
Gaggia classic would also make you proper steamed milk, can get teabag things from gaggia if you don't like the mess.

Bens is £200 for it built on.
Mine is £165 and £46 for the Aeroccino. Forget the price I quoted above!

It comes with 2 whisks, one gives really thick froth almost like marange. The other justs whisks the milk to a light froth.

Steam arms are a ball ache too. The Nespresso frother spins a frother attachment inside. (You get a latte attachment and a cappucino attachment) It produces great warm, frothed milk. Tried it this morning at Selfridges. I was amazed.

No, but theres a welcome offer for new customers where they get £90 worth of coffee (250 capsules and a display box) for £70 and they are on about introducing an incentive scheme.
I sold 4000 capusles on Thursday. Surprising how many customers go for the welcome offer too.

I must admit I thought Nespresso was a gimic until recently but its the real deal.
Bearing in mind I've been around and used top quality, high volume coffee machines for the last 8 years in hotels. I've been to Italy on an Illy training course and am trained to Coffee Barista level by Costa (as Costa are the brand used by Marriott). And I drink LOADS of coffee. I'm confident in my opinion!

Welcome offer is for first orders only btw, can't have it after. Seems silly.

So I can get it with my first online order of capsules? Doesn't have to be when I buy the machine?

Theres far better machines out there if I wanted a traditional coffee machine!!!
Gaggia are just the commercially "known" good brand.
I'd have a Francis Francis tbh if I wanted a traditional machine.

Also, you will find in the next few years that all the top coffee producers will start using capsules instead of loose grounds, as it improves freshness and production of the finished product. And obviously less mess for the consumer too.

I would much rather have the tradional one (Gaggia) that I hav now.
I am a big coffee drinker/lover and I have the world as my oyster as to which ground coffee and beans I use as I have my own grinder. I actually use a coffee from Bettys coffee shops in Yorkshire. The best coffee ever to me . I could not use that coffee with a pod machine.
But I do understand the mess aspect and ease of use tho.
I think to a proper coffee drinker/lover a pod machine is no good to them.

I thought the same tbh but I was really suprised as the quality is top notch. Good layer of crema etc etc.
And I do think myself a coffee drinker/lover/expert/ etc etc.

Gaggia aren't just a 'well known' brand, they are one of the best, anybody who isn't a coffee geek won't even have heard of it.
I've had just about every type of coffee maker going over the years, (apart from this nespresso one) including other pod machine's, nothing comes close.
Again, Gaggia make coffee bags that fit in the machines, vacuum sealed if that's what you want.
Can't get much fresher than beans just ground up and stuck in the machine though.
