Did you have any trouble after or before the game? Lots of incidents last night, to name a few, a pub got smashed up by the ultra's (the arkles), lots of isolated fighting, few FEMALE lfc fans got roughed up a bit etc. These southern italian ultra's are a fucking disgrace, but as ever gets swept under the carpet by platini and that shower

I really don't see how you would have come to that conclusion now, let alone six months ago? The team's not set up to play to his strengths, he's had a couple of injuries that he had to fight to get back to full fitness from, all of those things together make it difficult for him to be hitting anywhere near the heights he was previously. He's not lost his ability, he hasn't lost his pace, he's lost his confidence and he's not going to get it back anytime soon being a lone forward 40 yards ahead of anyone else in our team.

I was in the arkles before the game, it was ok then, must have been done afterwards. A fair bit of trouble actually, most pubs were shut last night. Loads of napoli fans getting arrested, saw a few horses getting pushed about too. The chinese opposite Goodison had a load of Ultras Or Napoli fans in, and a shit load of scousers were outside it waiting for them. Loads of police vans.

Most of our fans these days are more concerned about football, they don't appreciate other teams coming looking for a fight, footballs moved on from that shit years ago, and rightly so. There were still the odd couple of retaliations which you would expect, but the ultra's only like to fight 5 on 1. Apparently 40 of them ran away from 10 of our fans into a chinese restaurant near goodison and got the owners to put the electric shutters down
