I reported it to my insurance company yesterday. They reckon i don't need to worry. I know I shouldnt have left the scene really, but the guy was pissing me off to be honest. Oh well, hopefully I won't be hearing of it.

Not necessarily. It is an offence to fail to stop at the scene of an accident, and to fail to report an accident. If two parties have exchanged details, then no problem. If one party left scene without exchanging details then could be an issue, especially of other party goes, reports it and says you drove off. Personally i would go and report it, just so Police aware of it. That way you cant be accused of not doing so.
