Just remove the front ARB, its how I had my XE set up and it went alright round a bend.

The XE will not be helping as its a heavier engine, but Many XE's are tracked and run fine.

if Handling is you main worry then go buy a 106, I've been told they go round corners like "so mazin"

Did this myself only because I couldn't be arsed re fitting it after doing a sump. It actually does the opposite of what you're saying there mate, makes the turn in a lot more positive. Makes it feel a lot more 'unbalanced' going about 90+ though.

What do you mean, with or without an ARB? If you mean without, you're agreeing with him, and it's not the opposite?

Fuck mate, you're right. Sorry Havoc read that totally wrong mate, that's the fucking second time I've done something like that in 2 days as well.

If the suspension is set up right, it should make the car dig in on the front wheel and hold the car around a bend... front ARB's make it so "solid" and I found my car to slide a lot more. (just my experience though)

redtops only weigh about 30kgs more than a x16xe, so doubt its to do with the extra weight.

ur spinning on roundabouts could be brake bias valve as you are down -80mm which will cause massive problems with the back brakes, 20xe on g-max = shit lol seriously

lets put it this way my c20xe corsa with 3-strut braces, polybushes, whiteline arb's and bilstein suspension i have not trouble keeping up with some of my friends better handling cars i.e civic type r, ibiza cupra and astyra gsi to name a few.... i also own an astra mk4 gsi and my corsa runs rings around it in the handling departement so would say yes u have problems

ive found adding good quality suspension and tyres is the key and i dont mean fk coilovers lol i mean bilstein etc and some good rubber............. i actualling think ive tamed my xe engine alot since adding qualuity parts on the handling side

Totally disagree mate

Kidding on, this is what I found. It's as if it makes the front of the car flex more allowing it to 'lean' into the corner.

If it was as easy as that everyone would be scooting about in F430s. But it just so happens not everyone can afford the car they want so it's a case of make do with what you've got

Why an F430??

Plenty cars in the Corsa price bracket that would handle better than a Corsa.

106/Saxo/Corrado VR6 to name a few.
