A days work worth of repairs

just read your having it done at your mates, but no way is that a days work.

Defo break it, corsa's have a resale value of about 5% of what you put into it

I would love to see a bodyshop that can do that in a day. A week+ more like. If it wants a new quater like you said I think that cost 10hours (standard rate) or something stupid

may be lucky to get a backstreet place to get a 2nd hand door rear bumper etc and stick a load of filler in it. Costing say 600£ or so. Even so looks like the actual shell is bent. I say break it

How on gods green earth can you assume that the shell is bent from a photo???

It's not all that bad really, a wing, door and a rear bumper/arch trim and it would look a million times better, they're not exactly hard to do. Rear quater would be only thing puttting me off if I was buying it.

edit : when I say not that hard I mean in the grand scheme of things, if the car was cheap enough they wouldn't put me off.

I never quite understand all the threads with have about silly priced cars. If you dont like the price dont buy it. Once there is no interest the price will eventually drop.
If it does sell then good luck to the bloke

Yes bodyshop guru?
I have helped on here alan-g-w afted you offered someone advice that was complete shit. It is what I do for a living so have a lot better knowledge on the subject than you and I actualy have reasons to my awnsers not theorys.

I did try n edit my post as I didn't see it was at your mates bodyshop but it wouldn't let me. Scuffed bumpers are a days work but not that. I said IT LOOKS like it could be, because of the amount of damage,Especially towards the bottom of the pannel. but obviously not!
