This is why i never put my old 1 litre B on the rr because by the time it got up to its peak power point in the rev range the straps would have snapped due to corrosion.

There should be a bar along the front of the dyno, straps are fed out from this through the rollers them selves then hooked onto the lower arms of the car, pulling it down onto the rollers.

bet that company had a nice insurance claim on their hands , as for who is liable it would be the company regardless of any waiver you sign id of thought, just sue them for neglegance if all else failed.
