We get performance related bonuses based on inidividual targets and company profitability. We get one in April, July, October, and a yearly one in Jan. It's usually about £300 and the Jan one could be as much as £1300 (but it never is). I'm a Service Engineer for a Surveying company btw.

We get a quarterly bonus. How much we get depends on what profit the company makes. They have a profit Target. Anything over that profit is then classed as bonus for us.

We haven't had a bonus in over a year nor a pay rise in two years. Bit disheartening, but I'm still thankfully to have a job that I like that still pays enough for me to live and have my toys.

We get a yearly x mas bonus that seems to creep up a little each time. Normally a couple of k.

At my old job we got a bonus every 3 months based of performance and targets. for every 1% over budget we got £30 capped at 10%. So regularly got £300. This was working at Wyevale Garden Centre btw.

I run my own company but no bonus yet, only started a couple of months ago! Was self employed for about 2ish years before that, obviously no bonus when you work for yourself.

My other half works for a local company, she's been there nearly 3 years and hasn't had a pay rise - the company seems to prefer giving people bonuses instead of pay rises these days, I guess they wanna keep as much money as possible these days.

Wickes - no customers, bad weather, no targets met, blame the employees, dock their bonus.

Been working for nearly 9 years now and last year was the 1st time I haven't had a Xmas bonus. They said it's the 1st time they haven't given one out in 30 years of business and it's because of the recession that we didn't get one last year. Usually get around £250-£300 Xmas bonus which is better than nothing.

I don't think we will be getting one this year either, I can see it coming. We have an office briefing tomorrow so it will be mentioned then I suspect. Been on a pay freeze for the past year too Least I have a job though.
