This guy should be kicked the fuck out of this country ... he came here on false grounds, he comitted a crime - we shouldnt have even paid to jail him for 4 months - should have just sent him straight back to his own country.
This is abuse of a law that is there to help genuine cases .... the judges are in the wrong here as well- they have harmed justice by letting this guy stay, kind of thing that helps to increase racial tension.
But lets not get on our high horse saying what would have happened if we had of done this in his country ... his country is a hell hole that we have helped to create with barbaric sanctions followed by an illegal war of which 90% of all casualties are iraqi civilians.
We cant mess these places up then moan when we have to deal with the excuses for human beings like this guy that are created.
