I just get two sets of headlights smash one set and cut the backs off the other ones ect
done it all before putting them in the oven ect you always end up cracking/smashing one anyway
and it can take ages

Email Dave A, He had about 400 sets available 
If not, all i done was got some lucas headlights, heated them up for about 30 seconds with a heat gun and painted the inside bit then sealed back together

iirc all the standard ones are valeo but aftermarket (i.e crash repaired etc) are depo, lucas etc?

iv got a set you can take off my hands mate one went alright the orther glass smashed , they have been painted up and the one sealed, but the orther is just ineed of a glass, £20 you canhave them mate pick them up that is cant be arsed to mess about with posting them let me no

i made a set out of standard lights and i managed to put the scrwdriver into my hands many times and had to use 4 lights but i managed it and wont be doing it again lol
