Yeah you would take what you want and sell the rest. Could make 20k easy enough. Be a bit of a twat if you sold it all on eBay though and had to post everythin.

On COD you can here footsteps so clear Sounds daft but you can have the TV on mute and be in your own world, Guys running on metal or wood etc sound different so you know were they are invest my good man
