grinded back, depends how bad they are, may just need welding, then grounded back and filled, primed, painted.

depends how much it is really as personally i would blend the door and lacquer out the quater. and with both sides its a big ish job.

Ive repaired loads of pillar cracks, not a big job if you know what ya doing...like anything really. Exactly like someone said above, your better grinding back n putting a little weld in there, n yeah eventually will come back, but if done properly looking a good few years. Also, on your colour, you will have to blend with base and lacquer...The old 2k red etc, any good painter could do a blend just around the cracked area...But id recommend a proper job.

ps..slabs all the way

My SXI had a cracked pillar for about 2 years, never bothered me as it was only really noticeable with the door open.

what davey said but id make a small plate behind the crack and where i drilled the holes i'd spot weld the plate to the back side and stitch weld the crack onto the plate behind from hole to hole

How would you get the plate at the back of the crack? Hasn't the B Pillar got an inside skin? Meaning you would have to get the plate behind that and it would be hard to weld in place.

what i did with mine was drill the ends of the cracks, then widened the crack with a flat screwdriver then welded that up,
this gives more surface area for the weld to hold to
