Denzel in American Gangster is just perfect though... Will Smith wouldn't have done a better job.

Its been a while since i saw it but didnt he say they were getting smarter?
Obviously they dont study during the night but if they saw a human but in daylight they would know what to look for at night, plus that one who came out into the light for a while just after he caught one

It says they're becoming braver because there's less 'food' available doesn't it.
And they've not lost all human characteristics as that one zombie thing exposes himself to daylight because his partner has been captured.
