i think what is being said is that while that is good on paper, bits and pieces will need to be changed to suit body shapes and maybe change lines to make them power lines so they stand out etc,

its not an insult to your drawing its just to take that from paper to skin a few things have to be taken into account by the artist who WILL modify it to make it work, id be surprised if he traced it and stuck it straight on

Im no expert but i drew quite a few designs for my gf and long story short the tooist changed it slightly but kept the general idea.
I on the other hand have designed most of my sleeve due to my tooist designing things and ive been slightly picky about parts so ive went and redrawn areas to what i want.
You dont need no degree in art to doodle a design but its good to have that extra experience behind something.
