Fucking Building Society!! For the third month they've taken the direct debit out of the joint account with £1.00 in it!! I've given them the new account details 3 fucking times and worst still the new account details are the same as the account I paid the fucking mortgage out of for 6 months previous to the change over.
I've filled in a DD form 3 times with the new details and everytime it reverts to the old account instead of new one!!
