if you want to put on muscle its clean calories, carbs and lots of protein. it annoys me when people say they eat alot when they dont

Defo eat tuna/pasta!!!
I sometimes get 1kg of pasta, 4 tuna tins, 1 sweetcorn tin, shit load of mayo and I added it up as 5000 calories, 2 days worth and you can eat it + your normal food in 2-3 days so some serious weight can be put on quick.

oh get the 0.5kg pasta as it gets a bit dry and shit after about a day, add extra mayo.
