My old corsas right wing and bonnet was a bit rusty...que truck reversing into it = new wing, bonnet and both wings and bonnet resprayed, they payed for it

I usually try and avoid being around/outside pubs and clubs or even the main street in my car for this reason. Always some twat going about

UPDATE:
Got my letter off the court today. He's got his case on the 9th feb.I have also been to see the cctv and he's basically screwed as its clear as day with his identity.
I have had to send off bodyshop quotes to get it fixed. all the quotes are coming back the same though around 3x the amount of the car 
Insurance have said if i go through them it will be a write off.cant blame them really as the car was only bought for a run around for my chinese delivery part time job.

If you can prove you need the car for work (and its insure properly as such), then you may even be able to press for compensation for loss of earnings if you want.
