What type are they Fro? The ones protecting airfields were usually built in conjuction with AA guns so should have ammo bunkers near by that are hidden in woods and well protected.

There are a couple of tall ones above ground and i've found one that is underground but protudes up slightly. (that one would have been within shrubbery/trees but the built a concrete path running past it when they turned it into a country park.
There is also the base of an old gun emplacement near one of them iirc. Next time i go for a bike ride ill try and remember to take snaps.

The one in the tree line would deffo be where the ammo was stored away from the base.
