insurance companies are ridiculous.

they are willing to offer me £950 for injuries without me even having to go for a medical examination.

i can see how people con money out of them now, it's stupid.

Tell them its not enough, and if they say they can't give you more threaten to take them to court. I know someone who did this and ended up getting £2700 for injuries without a medical exam!

Might as well

tbh i'd rather have the medical exam and physiotherapy and last year i had a similar accident, went through it all quickly and my back never fully recovered.

fro - back is sore, pain in the arse sleeping as i hate laying on my chest (feel like i can't breathe) so have to lay on my side which makes it even worse had about 4 hours sleep last night, not good.

Someone smashed into the rear of my corsa gsi on 16 nov 2010 and ive had medical exam and the cars been valued at 955. I still have no money and out of pocket as had to buy new car on overdraft =(.

I call my insurers and they cant do anything until 4 months have passed as this is 'the norm' for claims. Its stupid. if they dont pay up it then gets passed to my solicitors and they deal with it, which wont be sorted until the injury clains gone through. Ive also had physio.

On another note, tmobile wont give me an unlock code of my old htc dream as i no longer have an active contract with them, which is stupid as i payed all my bills and finished the contract. I spoke to some foriener who didnt help so I need to call back and speak to someone british and raise hell.

Good day to y'all
