Disagree. I've not gone through insurance in the past because regardless of fault it still affects your premium, plus you never know if the other party is going to be a cunt (like your suggestion about lying) and then try and turn it around and fuck you. I'd only ever bother if it was quite an expensive fix.

Yea either way it will effect my premium. So just for that reason I don't think it's really worth it and would rather sort it myself as I am a painter.
Still he hasnt phoned me. Checked my car earlier and there is no damage what so ever, no evidence of the knock

Just ignore it. Police wont get involved due to the weed and it being his uncles dads dogs car insured for his mums friends grandads company.
