Nice mate, I'm looking at buying a sport at the mo. I'm after something fairly cheap but nice to drive whilst I sort out a house purchase.

Am I right in thinking the sports have an limited slip dif?

I'm unsure on that, Will have to look into it. Just looked again and it has the reverse parking sensors in it. Think there was 3 packs you could get on them, lol!

Picked it up last night, Great to drive. Had to change the headlight bulbs over as they was blue!

Going to give it a really good clean and polish at the weekend. The mats just need a good scrub up!

Just trying to find a decent leather cleaner and feed, Want to keep on top of it and keep it looking like new!

Found the rest of the mats, Was threw in the boot, Got a full set of genuine lexus carpet ones. They where spotless until i went to work in it today!

Just made a list of things to do, Which are:

  • Replace drivers door interior light switch
  • New front and rear brake pads
  • Give it a good clean and polish inside and out
  • Give the leather a good treat and clean
  • Sort out the marks on the bonnet and rear bumper
  • Find out why the reverse sensors don't pick anything up, Tried the switch in the boot but it was switched on.

Just had a full service, Just looking for the interval for the timing belt, Says 100k but that seems a bit on the high side to me!

Think i will do it just for peice of mind. Don't want that giving way and killing the engine!

Just wish I had a picture of the people who live opposite me when i got it home. Drove it quickly onto the drive, ran in the house, came out with a screw driver and removed the dealer number plates, Which I then replaced with a set of plain ones. They where just stood there thinking what the hell is going on!
