Over the years I've had expensive stuff from genuine brands in genuine shops and the designer expensive stuff is usually the stuff that doesn't last long even if it's real.

That's why I stick to a few cheap chav brands now. At least you know they won't go wrinkly and shit and lose their colour after a few washes.

The quality of lacoaste polos can vary depending on where they are are made, even the real ones. The "made in Peru" ones are wank. I've got ones that have been made there and the quality compared to others I own is terrible.

You guys that have bought from Big Ste, if you still have them have a look and I bet they are the Made In Peru ones.

So glad others agree, I bought 2 after others gave great feedback. They were terrible! One was huge with longer sleeves and one the material was like a really cheap polo you'd get with your school crest on it. Did he not sell belts too which hd claimed were real? Annoying thing is the stuff he was selling was well over priced for fakes.

When i buy stuff from the Lacoste store's in America often i am 2 different sizes depending on which polo shirt it is. However if they are all just plain ones they should iirc all be the same and made of the same material.

If you can get them for less than 20-30% off face value and ur not buying thousands they are more than likely fake.

Buy one and take it to a local designer clothes shop and ask to compare it with one of theirs. If they are fakes you will be able to tell no bother.

Good luck
