Think the weights the same, its just the extra power/torque. Oh and chris your VX sounds fantastic. Bloody goes some aswell by the looks of it.

as far as i know you need a number of things to be evident for prosecution;
1. Exact time and date of offence
2. Exact road in which the offence took place
3. Evidence of speed being traveled
4. Evidence of who was driving the vehicle
5. Exact details of the vehicle been driven
without any 1 of them the case would be thrown out of court.

eg. a police officer could watch that video and tell you what speed you were doing to the nearest .5 mph because officers are trained for that sort of thing
