What would you suggest if you wanted to be cool but not look like you are trying to be cool whilst at the same time just being cool because its uncool.

i think more of someone driving around in a minted decent older not so popular car, then the mid-20yr old lads driving around in something they decide they can't actually afford to own or improve.

E36 and E46 are similar to run. Just tyres are more on the newer car really.

Can afford either and own and iPhone and like e36's. What does that make me? Cool or uncool?

cool because everyone could afford to own one, but get scared off and settle for a slower Golf, A3, Astra, Ibiza instead

2. Astra G Turbo vert - Vert astra, homo.
3. E46 M3 vert - Best out of list although convertible makes it a bit homo unless you make it better than a non-vert by adding a hard-top
4. Abarth 500 brand new - PMSL

When I say old, I mean it's lost it's wow-factor now. E46 M3 still has it, but E36 doesn't imo.

Well, assuming the same reasons why you got rid of your last one aren't still apparent, then yeah, go for it imo

Didn't think that effected insurance, but could be wrong, never owned one, although that's not to say I wouldn't.
