stowford press is lovely.
I was drinking this when I was in Southampton and I agree, can't get it up here though
Pretty sure all Lloyds bar will sell it unless you dont have one in your town
Never seen it anywhere in Scotland, sure I've been in a Lloyds bar before.

Wetherspoons/Lloyds will either serve stowford press or Thatchers, it's up to the pub manager. Few have got one in, hasn't sold well so they've changed to the other. We sell Thatchers in ours

Bulmers on draught is probably my fave now, although i've wandered onto Bitter now, which seems to be becoming increasingly popular, probbly because it's cheap
I'm starting to get a little worried about the amount of similarities we seem to have
Same as you, was a cider drinker but now like a good bitter. So much more easier to drink than cider, too gassy for me now, maybe im getting old

i'm a grumpy old 28 yr old who has a 1 day old baby, i'm definitely old, so that's a good enough excuse for me! They've just brought in draught bitters at my usual pub, which is a student place, so they're obviously getting more popular now
