Also get these kinda snot/air bubble thing that fly out when I blow. It clears for a while after that.

Now started getting headaches and similar pains in eyes/forhead. Been given that steroid nasal spray beconase. Seems to be helping.

A netti pot is a good thing. Where u pour salt water up your nose and it comes out otherside. Helped Alot before.

Horrible feeling, it makes me feel dizzy now and again aswell

Have you tried snorting water and spraying it back out?
Have you ever broken your nose?
Do you drink lots of alcohol?

I had/have similiar, mine is a milk allergy though. Had a totally milk free diet and everything was sound, I only found out after getting referred to a dietition as I always had phlem in the morning and every 3-6 month i'd get a chest infection. Cut it out totally, milk, butter, yoghurts even to the extent of things with milk in the flavouring and see how it goes, worth a shot.

I've had two lots of septoplasty on my nose for breathing problems.

I wouldn't advise it though because I still have trouble, and you feel like hell after the op!

Give it a go, I drank milk all my life but seems it developed, I still have odd bit now but if I get carried away I'll get a bad throat an onset of feeling rough, some stuff seem to trigger it more than others it seems, odd stuff like if I'd have 2 steak bakes from greggs! Mine became a problem as I'd gip from phelgm which made me spew 90% of times if I had an hangover.
