Still not answering my question, and you're not answering it because you can't. you just see a Corsa up for 7k and think its way too much. You don't actually have a fucking clue on the spec of the thing. Nic said he would want 7k for his Corsa, do you think thats overpriced too?

im not answering your question purely for the fact you have no comeback to my statement... i couldnt give a fuck how much time, effort or cash was put into the car... i couldnt give a fuck it could do a 10 sec qaurter mile and was made with the best parts available

if a car is worth 7k then somebody will pay 7k no matter how exclusive that car may be
infact by the sounds of it hes a dodgy cunt anyways selling an engine thats not as described.... feel free to carry on defending his corsa that WASNT worth 7k mind...
in your next post maybe you can explain why if its worth 7k it didnt sell for 7k or even 6k for that matter?

Because no one wanted to buy it, simple as that. Not many people do want to buy that type of car but if they did then 7k would be a fucking good price considering how much everything on it is worth. just because it didn't sell as a whole doesn't mean its overpriced, its just a very small market. Hence why he sold the engine on its own, because someone wanted the engine. Does that make more sense to you?
You're not answering why you think its overpriced because you don't have an answer for it, what on that car was overpriced? saying it's just not worth 7k is the easy answer, which you've gave numerous times.
If I was after an Escos and it was up for 16k but was a bit of a nail, tatty interior, engine didn't sound too good, wheels scuffed etc then I'd say OK it's overpriced and that is why. You don't have an actual answer to why you think its overpriced.

imo the car was worth the 7k to anyone who wanted such a mental car just knowing that you would kill evos and scoobys in a corsa b is enough to justify the spend, you might not of paid 7k for it but the guy that built it put alot of his time,effort and money into the car ,i would say the car is cool as fuck and if i had the money i would of paid 7k

plenty of people are interested in drag racing....
plenty of people love corsas and would love one with 500+bhp...
the car was advertised in the correct circles ect for people who are into that sort of thing and not one of them thought hmmm thats a good deal enough to buy it...
just because a car has had thousands spent doesnt mean its worth thousands... anyone who modifies cars knows this

Anything is worth what some1 is willing to pay for it.
But the fact that no1 wanted it just shows that there wasn't a hope in hell it would sell for £7k.
You would need more money than sense to spend £7k on a corsa.
The kind of person who would have bought it would have to have been a proper Vauxhall nut who had just won millions on the lottery.
And the reason for buying it would have been because they could.
It wouldn't have sold to some1 who had saved £7k and wanted a fast car.No chance.
