We went to Malia in 2007 and our hotel had a security card who was armed with a laser pen and a tazer
We would come back every night and wind him up until he threatened us with his tazer. Then we would run away giggling like little girls. Those were the days......

Yeah man! He was mental as well, never got him to speak, he would just grunt and snarl! Cant remember what our hotel was called but it was right at the very very end of the strip on the beach! Had a quality time out there!

I've been to Malia 3 times, if they charged you for bringing back birds to the room I would be bankrupt.

I went to Malia last year. Was fucking brilliant
As you say though, guards at the hotels and you had to pay to have people back.
I went back to some birds apartment one night and The hotel manager shouted "you do this every night, you know it's €35"

I hated malia! Full of scum! Worst holiday I've ever had.
Btw, the clubs are shit little shacks and the drinks are fake. Be careful as you'll probably black out from them. It's has those annoying PR people who are rude and you'll want to punch.
It is full of 18-30s so you'll no doubt get your end away with numerous STD ridden sluts. Just make sure you double bag it.
Watch out for girls who fuck and then cry rape the next day, this is down to the fake alcohol causing them to open their legs and think they've been rohypnoled.

Ade sounds like most places 18-30's go too so not to worried about most of that. read the PR's are gone now though in a review from this year i think.

I'd recommend Rhodes if you want something different. Hire a car and drive around the whole island and into the old town. Beautiful place!
