I'd travel the World but in style, probably spend the summer jetting between here and Ibiza, then head out of the UK for the majority of the Winter either to Oz or America. I'd bankroll my mate's building firm as he is quite a good entrepreneur, give him freedom to follow some of his ideas. I'd probably do something not for profit to keep me occupied, him those less fortunate, maybe in a secret millionaire way but without the tv crew!

I'd do property development for a bit, make sure I have a bit of a portfolio in place to keep cash rolling in. Hand all the day-to-day crap over to an agent so I don't have any hassle.
Then disappear off around the world doing low-level simple jobs in the sunshine. Crap that you could never afford to do usually because the pay is so bad.
