how many tins do you reckon il need for the boot floor and most of the struts/sides etc

If you want a colour match I wouldn't use halfords paint. I use a place called autopaints st helens, google that.

Or paints 4 u do some good primers etc

Or look for your local motors factors place, usually cheapest I find

Id go for thick primer and thick laquer, I like to do lots of laquer then use cutting compound to smooth it out, then polish it lots

fife auto paints it decent like i got a near perfect match for my spains No1 rs50
