I used to own a re-shelled one a few years back, only sold it to get my first place with the missus at the time.. The only car I ever regret selling!
seems like a reoccuring theme on CS, people buy a car, can't afford it then sell it

A true legend of a car. Used to have a poster of one on my wall as a boy - an absolute weapon even by todays standards. Wiped the floor with all of its German rivals back in the day.
Would certainly be included in my dream garage.

What's wrong with that? not everyone likes matt black family hatchbacks and Porsches. That Carlton has far more charachter than many modern cars.

I'm not saying a matt black family hatchback or a Porsche is my dream car...
When I think of a "dream" car I think of something i'm unlikely to own. You know, something you'd dream of. I do like the LC, but its something that anybody could afford if they worked for it.
Something like a McLaren F1 or an F40 is a dream car (for me).

I do not like supercars, boring.
Mine is a mint original nova sport. It's not all about the cost of the car!

I WILL own a classic super saloon before I'm 25. So I have a year to buy a Lotus Carlton, an E28 M5, or an AMG Hammer!

Tbh, he has a BIN of £13,995 so the reserve wouldn't be far off that. And it's not worth that at all It looks tatty compared to ones of the same price with less miles!
