Really like these ever since I saw Grahams with the black wheels. It's the road tax that puts me off!

Can't get over the looks tbh. Like the new Scooby they just look a bit weird.

Grahams is the best I've seen, but still not a massive fan.

Good value though, can't knock that!

These go really well out of the box but the Torque steer cheapens the whole ordeal!

Its like having a missus whos a go'er in the sack and loves to be on-top but every now and then she sits on your cock and bends it in the middle!

i reckon one day soon a remap will be a dealer option, you pick a car and engine, then decide what power you want.

I dont. Manufacturers are governed to heavily on their carbon reduction.

This is why Aston offer a cygnet to reduce their average Co2 output of annual car sales and the fines imposed by the EU.

Yawn.

Slightly different there Ben, Mountune are technically an external company who Ford approve of.

I'd say more like when you buy an Audi RS6 and pay extra for them to remove the speed limiter.

ill be doing the remap here, we do loads of different cars, just we are predominantly known as a ford specialists. currently have subaru, mazda, saab, focus rs, focus st, fiesta st, clio, toyota mr2, audi quattro in the workshop for various bits and bobs!

back to the mps tho, just had a K&N land on my desk, will do some before and after power runs with it tomorrow.

and also have some development bars from whiteline on their way which should be interesting!

Can't believe you're actually going to do some development work on these now & I'm thinking of selling mine! In all seriousness though, there's a serious gap in the market for a decent mapper for the MPS. Only one that is getting consistently good reviews is XO Power tuning in Newcastle, which is no good for a southerner like me and many others, thus I've gone so long without a map.

I can honestly say I barely notice torque steer, unless you are talking putting the foot to the floor in 2nd gear whilst going around a corner, in which case you'll probably end up in a bush. But driven sensibly it's really not that bad, especially with a decent set of tyres on the front. Same as VXR's, people talk about it being atrocious for understeer, my mate has one and does trackdays with me and doesn't suffer from it, just internet talk IMO

got the car to ‎286bhp 323lbft. really impressed with how it responds to simple mods! will make a project thread for it later as a few goodies have landed for it!

torque steer, yes there is some but its not drastic, not enough to put me off the car thats for sure.

That's impressive power. It'll pull like a train with that torque as well. That just a map?
