i dont slow down at all, as far as im concerned there is enough fields for horses to go in, they pay no road tax or have no insurance etc, il turn on anti lag passed them in future aswell. cunts

Works well when the horse bolts and the rider falls and breaks their back.

Personally I would slow down and they normally will say thanks and wave you to go past them, never really had any stuck up horse riders tbh.
